I'd rather eat off McDonald's floor than have Sandra's attitudes or poor food from behind the counter. Simply asked for a western omelet bagel. Picture shows bacon. Even the screen says "extra bacon?" As if it were to come with some for it to be extra no? Ok, well how dare we challenge the wawa staff.... Sandra and the nameless manager who was only good for my refund 🙄

Went to order my food yet had to get a refund because they ran out of ingredients and I didn’t know.The person that was about to leave her shift had an attitude stating that every time I tried to leave it’s always a customer needing something. The person name is Tamara and if you don’t like your job then quit. I’m calling the corporate office. You cannot fault your customer for run out of ingredients after they paid for their order. That’s not excellent customer service.

We are stranded in this Wawa because their air pressure machine actually sucked the air OUT of the tire. We went to the cashier and let them know since multiple drivers were experiencing this problem, and nobody came to put up a sign, help us, or fix the issue. That’s messed up.
