Great park and the drop off point to float the river. Parking is $7 and you can rent rafts if you dont have one. Long lines to rent and no pumps so bring your own.

Nice trails that run along the river. Dog likes to explore on them, even though leash required. As busy as Amity/Eckert is now, ingress and egress to the park is getting dicey, and should be improved at some point.

I grew up by this park and to see what people have done to it almost makes me cry. I used to come here all the time to get away from people, cars, and to just enjoy the nature. But someone decided to build a parking lot and some kind of a convention center. The only nature I saw was a wounded deer that looked like it was hit by a car. No ducks. No otters. No turtles. Just one giant carbon footprint that man just had to leave.
