UPDATE: i will move my stars from 1 to 4 because after the early december incidents, my boyfriend caught up with the UPS driver and he admitted his mistakes and was very apologetic about delivering to the wrong house, he also did try to get in contact with the house he delivered to but there was no answer. i appreciate that. i am also very thankful UPS delivered all the way up to christmas eve!! thank you very much!! 12/1/21: well it happened again but this time my sister talked to the driver at the school & he told her he dropped off packages to my house, "the 3rd house" he said, he lied!! i waited all day, AS USUAL, looking out the window, i kept refreshing the tracking to make sure it wasn't delivered without me missing the truck outside..refreshed again & it said "delivered today" & "met customer", NOBODY SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE & MET 1 OF US OUTSIDE!! we had to go looking for my packages, like i had said before, the house number is visible!! I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO LOOK FOR MY PACKAGES & i do not appreciate my sister being lied to straight to her face!! please teach your drivers how to look at the address on the box & have them match it with the right house number, same thing will happen tomorrow!! now i am going to have to park somewhere & wait, i shouldn't have to do that!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡 11/30/21: UPS marked my package as delivered & released by the driver, nobody stopped by today at all..now my package is long gone..this is very disappointing!! please if your drivers are unsure of locations tell them NOT TO DROP OFF PACKAGES ANYWHERE!! my house number IS VISIBLE!! now i am going to have to flag down drivers to get my packages 😡😡 10/21: in all the years i have used UPS my packages have been delivered straight to my house, today was a different story..2 of my packages were delivered to a different house..my house number is on my house easy to see..if you are unsure of the house PLEASE DO NOT dump off packages just at any house assuming that is the correct house, most of the time the packages will not be returned to the rightful owner..i was lucky today my packages were returned, 1 opened but returned..what's going to happen this friday?? i have a package coming in friday through UPS!!

I gave a good friend a ride there and whatever you do don't get murdered in Cut Bank the police are lazy and won't do anything the way u expect or put boots on ground for at least 4 days ! R.I.P.Judy Hanway who was not even worth informing the public and asking for help or tips or anything you normally see and know to be common so yeah do protect yourself In this neck of the woods .We apologize your experience at this location did not meet your expectations. We live in shelby and besides 1 mess up in over 2 years me and my family love our ups guys!!!! The one that stands out is Bo even after he switched routes and then us buying a house on his route again he remembers us and is always very friendly!!!Thank you for the rating! I live in Washington and had a gift that was delivered to the wrong address I called for some assistance and was met with complete rudeness if your going to be in customer service then show some otherwise its not the job for you ! Such a bad attitude ruins a persons day!
