Requested no stairs, husband walks with a cane and has trouble with stairs. 7 stairs steps to go down to our room. Not handicap friendly. Was told ample parking for our full size pickup and 24 foot flat bed trailer. Not really. Booked for 3 nights, if bed is uncomfortable we will check out tomorrow.

Would stay here again, mainly because the check-in person was so nice. Rooms were better than expected, breakfast was decent and coffee was good.

Loving here! They have splendid views.They have hot breakfast and I had corn dogs! Want to say thank you to all the staffs here. As we arrived, the person at the front desk told us we need to reserve a spot at going to the sun road which I did not know before. Here’s my long story: I booked two nights, and was trying to book the 3rd night for my trip at another destination. However I chose the wrong date which means I can’t live here for the 2nd night. I was not able to contact the other hotel because it was midnight and I was crying hard. Finally I ran down the stairs at 12:30 am to ask at the front desk if I could cancel the 2nd date. He welcomed me and my partner with a big smile and said it would be totally fine for them and can help us to cancel for free. He also asked me what happened with concern, and repeated they will help us. I really need to ask their names but not sure if it is fine to mention their names in this review. They don’t have elevators but for me it is totally fine.

No elevator, 3rd floor stay a drag hauling bags up. They have a decent breakfast. Ok place for limited choices. Bit expensive though for old hotel.
