Mold everywhere, I was soo tired and it was raining soo bad didn't have a choice, used the sheets and comforter from my truck to sleep. Mold on lamps, windows, sink, toilet, towels and the TUB. Good price but would never recommend

This place is a complete dump mattresses laying in the parking lot. The woman who works at night is a miserable person not friend very rude. We had to change rooms several times. There was roaches and bed bugs in these rooms. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.WAS ALSO TOLD THE OWNER WOULD BE CALLING AND THAT NEVER HAPPEND. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP.

When I pulled in, there were dozens of mattresses by the dumpster and I had high hopes thinking there would be updates done. This was one of the dirtiest motels I've ever stayed at and if it wasn't 2 in the morning and I was exhausted, I'd have asked for a full refund and additional money back just for therapy. Dirt and grime in every corner of the room, cobwebs in every ceiling corner and the a child or elderly person would honestly probably get sick from the AC as there's so much bacteria and rust growing in it that is then getting blown through the room. I asked for a late checkout as it is at least cool in the room and the truck AC isn't working and they said it would be $20 for another hour. When I said I wanted to speak to a manager, whoever was working the front desk had a smug tone and said I shouldn't have stayed at all and they didn't know when the manager was going to be in and I was out of luck for any refund since I stayed here. Again, had I not been so tired, I wouldn't have but the 2am shift worker isn't someone I was going to go make a fuss with as she's not responsible for making this room clean and if this one was this way, I'm assuming they all were the same. Very disappointing and Wyndham needs to look into this as a location they endorse

I can’t say enough nice things about the staff here. My husband and I had a situation at a different hotel so we were limited on money and the staff here let us do an early check in so we can catch up on sleep and waived the early check in fee. It truly helped us out. They were so nice and understanding of our situation. The room was clean and comfy and warm. I am pregnant so with them just going above and beyond and they didn’t have to is truly amazing. Thank you to the wonderful staff at this hotel!
