I lived here for the current owners and the previous owners, both times each were amazing! I never had an issue with anything they did and they are continuously improving the complex! All of the workers there treated me well!

Soo you want $1000/mo for a 700 sq. ft. 1bd apartment?? And how much for a 2 bd?? There are gorgeous houses and townhomes available for that price ($750- 1350) with double the space and garages! Yikes! The apartments have no storage no garage= low value. The apartments are very dated but nice.

I live in a 1 bedroom, and as far as i know, they do not. Every other building has a laundry room.
Not that I'm aware of. They have set prices. Been here 2 years
