When abuse or any inappropriate behavior is reported, it is taken very seriously. Full investigations are conducted and documented. We also bring in local law enforcement if deemed necessary or if an involved party requests it. We are accountable for all daily activity and go through audits at least twice a year. We have, unfortunately, had to let people go on occasion for not making the right decision. It is vital to understand that the work we do here is extremely emotional and challenging at times...for everyone involved...but we are proud to say that we do not lose sight of our mission and our community is healthier than ever.
