Wish every city had this! A premium experience at a great price. Wonderful facility, staff, services, and food/drinks. I love the group classes and being able to grab a glass of wine or catch up on emails in the lobby afterwards. The staff is always attentive, friendly, fast, and professional. Worth every penny!

They let other people just buy drinks using your last name no card needed for other members to run up your bill. Then they refused to meet with me!!!! Or take my call. Marissa

Pay attention to your account charges! Club is nice would rate it 5 starts but the club allows anyone to charge to your account. They are in the process of refunding me (apparently, will update if they actually do). The explanation I was give was it must have been an “accident”. Their system should not allow charges to an account if you are not signed in at the club. Or have staff actually check IDs to ensure they are charging the right account. I asked questions on how and who and what was going to be done to ensure this was not going to happen again. None of those questions were answered, I got a reply stating they were forwarding it to account for review, also since the 1st charge (that I didn’t do) is over the 60 day disputes.
