Waited almost an hour for assistance over the phone. I decided to get a call back but you guys actually just right now at 1:47pm 08/24 called me again and hung up after I say Hello? What is going on? I can hear people and a woman is talking in the background but when I say hello it hangs up. Help your customers.

Once again ANOTHER one star review. My power got turned off with NO NOTICE. No red tags. No letters. No phone call. Just turned me off. When I called I got a hostile woman who questioned my abilities to check my bank account and asked how I could possibly not notice…I had to remind her who she was and what she does there. They said I now have to wait up to 7 hours to get the power turned on during one of the hottest weeks of the year. This place and everyone who works there is a JOKE. You are a public utility. Act like it.

It’s with much consideration and gratitude to the service man “Paul” who attended our 911 call . The service power pole some how caught fire at the bace of the pole . “Paul” immediately shut down the power and made all safety repairs to make safe till line men could make proper repairs. Thank you Paul Oscar W. Durazo

Waiting on PTO for almost a year now, Good luck Getting PTO after you Go Solar, I get it they loose a customer but IID shouldn't be bitter about solar customers waiting on PTO, They don't want us to go solar
