Took my son there today he couldn’t decide on anything at first but so many options and great customer service

I felt out of place when I walked in with my child and wife. As we entered the store, everyone at the counter kept a watchful eye on us; not even a friendly greeting. While waiting in line, a lady ahead of us was greeted with a friendly smile and hello. When it was our turn to check out, we were greeted with a cold shoulder; as if we were criminals. My family and I will not be shopping here anymore. I would have never thought we would ever receive this type of treatment especially in Nassau County Long Island of all places.

The Best of the Best toy stores on this planet. Service was EXCELLENT. They even wrap the gifts for you free of charge. They have many many toys and a very clean establishment. Who needs TOYS (R) WERE US when you have Matty’s Toy Stop. Will always be coming back to shop here for our grandkids etc.

Nice selection of toys but so over priced. $44 for a set of Hot Wheels that normally costs $20.
