I was there Friday bout 10pm, drive Thur was packed. So I figured ok cool, fries gots to be fresh an hot with this many orders. NOT! I tasted one as I always do in front of the window, they were less then warm an small and most were hard. While handing the fries back to the young man I asked for FRESH FRIES PLEASE! After a look of shock and uncertainty he shut the window and was talking to another gentleman packing food. I got another look of [REALLY)] I shook my head YES REALLY! I refuse to pay $25 bucks for fast food an except old cold fries. With a apology I was then handed another order of good, hot, fresh FRIES!! 😉 So I was pleased with the the handling and out come of my visit. THANKS WENDY'S 😊

lobby only open 10am-3pm now. Don't do door dash or uber eats orders here when the lobby isn't open because the drive thru wait times are ridiculous.

No hi or thank you just reach out the window and grab card, then return card with receipt and food. Doesn't even look or acknowledge your presence... I feel real welcome here (sarcastically laughing)..

We ordered n we get home which is three blocks away . My fries cold n old and chicken sandwich cold. No butter or sour cream for baked potato. No mayo when I ordered extra
