They were very rude you give them your order and they messed it up yes for a coffee with cream and sweetener on the side they give you a coffee but they don't give you the cream of sweetness yes for a soda with no ice they give you ice and soda yes for anything special and it seems like they do not know how to do it they do not pay attention to their order they do not know how to read their screen for special orders which is kind of concerning they do not know how to listen to their customers when their customers are ordering through the drive-thru you tell them that there's something wrong with this screen when they say the screen and make sure your order is correct and you say no you need to add this this and this then it's like they cop an attitude with you because they forgot to add what you told him to add to the order even though that is part of their job to listen to the customer fully

The staff are not very helpful. Appeared the internet was having issues and only one kiosk was working. Registers not working but did not advise. Pressed the button for assistance and no one came. Finally got someone's attention from the back. I dont live here but would never come back. The beverage area has not been cleaned, ketchup and drinks spilled everywhere. No unsweet tea in the bin.

If you decide to dine in don't waste your time trying to go to the counter for human interaction. Just go straight to the ordering kiosk. The back side is focused very intently on the screens and it takes a bit of time to get their attention. This goes for if you happen to need any particulars with food you might have ordered. The food itself is good and well prepared for a McDonald's and they are pretty accurate with only one or two times in my experiences that have had incorrect orders and the only thing incorrect was that they forgot a sandwich or an order of fries on a large order.

So disappointed , it takes a lot for me to get in and out of my car after jus having knee surgery so to get home and realize that after ordering extra mayo and lettuce on my sandwiches ( previous times there's barely any on them ) just to find that they still have barely any on them is frustrating ... then they drown the fries in salt so bad they're not even edible ? Not to mention I ordered 2 sandwiches so I'd have one later because I can't stand long enough to cook for myself right now , waste of money and these employees think they're under paid? There wasn't even a line in the drive-thru , sad excuse for the increasing prices they are charging .
