Today I noticed a big change in Burlington in Astoria it must be a management problem because it never used to be like that all the dresses that were there were not in sizes size order they were just thrown all over the racks the shoes were the suede I don't know it's been a big change lately I remember the last management person who was very organized and kept the place very beautiful I wish you would please come back I don't know his name but he took a lot of Pride and keeping the store well stocked and well organized please bring back the days when you can go into the store and be happy to bring out the things that you were looking for

The line for checkout at Burlington are awful and I went a Wednesday morning so imagine a weekend. They definitely need more staff if they want to keep the business running swiftly. I wait in line more than what I browse through the entire store.

This Burlington is about a year old now so its items are picking up in terms of sales. This one is spacious. Items range from clothes to household goods. The store could be better stocked and organized better. Don't get me wrong; you can still find good sales but if they organize better with more items in the rear, they will boom

T C (On.the.Go)

The clothes are great but to check out or return something you will loose your mind. Returns and check out are the same line. Supervisor should hire more checkout people if you want customers to have a good and fast experience OR have the check out line and return lines separate. Was NOT the first time I experienced this happening here.
