I visited this place 2 times this week. Both times the experience was excellent. The staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The office very clean. I recommend this office anytime!!!!!

Perfect! I brought my mom there for bloodwork. Melissa, who drew my mom's blood, was amazing! My mom is a difficult patient and usually it's challenging to find a good vein. Melissa found a vein right away and my mom didn't even feel the needle at all. Getting blood from her has never been this easy. All the employees there were helpful, friendly, and courteous! Also, even though there were several other patients having things done, we were in and out. I'm adding to my review because I just had my own blood drawn there today. As when, I brought my mom, the employees there are terrific! Erika drew my blood. I barely felt it. She was very friendly and kind! They are very hard workers! Even when there's quite a few people there, you're pretty much in and out due to the excellent employees. Thank you!

I must begin by stating that I am tired of taking the COVID tests already. I understand they are part of the process of having procedures done in the hospital but they are nevertheless bothersome. Yet, if I have to take them I will go here. It is ver convenient. They have a valet next to the lab. GREAT! The gentleman is very personable. I regret not getting his name. He got my keys and was patient as I took a while to take them off my keyring. Don't ask. One of those days. Then, Melissa attended to me and carefully explained the procedure of checking in as I had not been there before. I filled out the top part of the paperwork and handed my insurance to her. I only had to wait a few minutes. Mind you it was only her and 1 her co worker and she I believe was either on break or attending to another patient. Please a smile goes a long way. I am glad I was able to go there and was able to take a test I cannot bear with at least someone who smiled and was professional. Thank you Melissa.

Have a severe needle phobia and went for a bloodtest. Wait was not long, but very few seats in the waiting room. Phlebotomist was not very patient with me even after I explained that I had a phobia. Felt rushed and it caused my nerves to skyrocket. Despite the rush, the test was over quickly. Overall I was quite pleased.
