They didn’t have to, but they went above and beyond when my machine died short of finishing a very important garment, and allowed me to use one of theirs to finish the embroidery. That’s 5 star customer service. They treat you with consideration and respect. Thank you!!!

This place is the worst,I took my sewing machine for repair at this place the had me back ,and forth with my machine the machine was never repair proper way. The machine never works the right way, when I asked for my refund ,I was told I could not get a refund. My money was stole from me.

I like supporting small business so I've signed up for a sewing class (already happened- great) and a server class yet to come. Their class process are reasonable for what you get. However, during the sewing class my needle broke in two and the price of 4 needles was at least double the price I pay in the garment district. I know small business has to charge more, but more than double?

I have been coming to this place for a long time over the years to get various sewing machines fixed. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Great place to purchase all types of machines. Sergers, quilters etc.

The Prices range on their sewing machines and sergers. The service that they give you is invaluable though. I bought there even though there were shops much closer to my home because they are so wonderful with customer service.
I was given an estimate of about $150 for tuning up my machine (which had not been used for 20 years) when I dropped off my machine. I left a $50 deposit. It seemed to me that there is a base price, and if anything needs to be added, they would let you know. My final cost was $ 159 because I bought some more bobbins and thread. It was ready in a week. They were very helpful. I also took a class there and they showed me how to thread my mother's 1960 machine and l recorded a video of how to do it properly.
I am a customer but I do believe they carry a variety of machines
Sew Right on Union Turnpike will definitely be able to assess it. They are very fair and professional. I highly recommend them.
Depends on the machine & what you need. That said, the repairs are top notch by experienced mechanics.
Check their website under Classes. They teach group lessons in garment & quilt sewing. Also fun things like bags, etc. A variety of teachers and times. I've taken several classes in quilt design and construction - really great!
Sorry Angela, SewRight was closed all day today! SewRight is having The Anitagoods Event this weekend and will resume normal schedule this Tuesday! It should have been listed on the website, sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Yes
You should call their number and ask. When I went there to buy something I noticed that they had classes. So, maybe offer some service. Just call and check
