I’m seeing fake reviews!!! 😂😂😂. No patient remembers the anesthesiologist!! By full name. Center probably made that up with an account. 😂😂😂

Upon arrival everything seemed fine. A nice treaty. But everything begins to change when I realized that I was the last patient to be treated and my arrival was at 7 am. I went for a disc change operation at Servical. I left the place around 2:30 in the afternoon. And all the worst happens when I wake up and my prescription glasses are "lost"!!! I have a huge vision problem. I had my glasses on the whole time I was in the waiting room (I have photos of evidence). Obviously I don't remember when they put me to sleep and apparently they took them from me. And they never showed up. I have spoken with the administration and staff of the center and I still have not received neither glasses nor payment for the loss. I am a person with 3 days of operation and I can't even see because I don't have glasses. This has been too irresponsible of you, I don't bring anything fancy to any procedure just because this is a necessity for me.

From the receptionist, to the nurses that took my vitals and the info and the nurse in the OR, to the anesthesiologist, and of course Dr. Kalbac, everyone was amazing. Everything was explained to me from A to Z, and everyone treated me with the upmost care. Would recommend to anyone needing any type of orthopedic surgery, KUDOS to the entire staff 👏👏👏👏👏👏 I take off my hat with such an amazing Medical Staff. Thank You Maritza Alban
