Have called this property more than a few times in recent weeks and they hardly ever answer. Leave a message and no return call. They finally call me back and give me all info up front like she’s rushed lol what a joke. Customer service is nonexistent anymore

First of the two office people are nice but be real they sleep he same regardless what happens to u. Awful service. Roaches everywhere even with a spotless house because of all the nasty people that live around. Insect control sprays mainly water than says ur good if u have problems call again. Neighbors blare music till 1 am even with warnings. No one cares. Appliances half work and will not be replaced unless totally broken. All windows grow black mold. Water heaters and furnaces are awful. Ac will run 24/7 set to 74 in summer due to windows not sealing. In winter heat will run abnormally due to windows or doors not being sealed correctly or at all. Locks are loose and doors are dented from people trying to break in prior and still not replaced. Do not move here.
