We ordered the 16 piece family meal with 3 sides. It defaulted to Cajun fries for each one and I changed it to 2 mashed potatoes and one red beans and rice. I picked it up after work at the rock road location and brought it home to Mount Hope only to find they gave my 3 family size orders of fries. Who wants 3 orders of fries? Even when I pulled up to the drive through I asked if I could change one to mac and cheese but they said it wasn’t the same price. My husband is a farmer currently in the middle of wheat harvest. He works his butt off so the rest of us can eat. He comes home hungry. Fries are not good reheated at all. I spent a total of $35, not cheap. I wasn’t all that impressed with the chicken either. Very disappointed in the food and the service. We won’t be going back 😡

We come to a Popeyes for the chicken sandwich that is so good you want to slap yo mama. We do NOT come for the quality of service that makes you want to wash out your ears. If you'd like great service, go to Chic-fil-a. 10/10

This location handled my mobile order well, even throwing in a couple extra sauces. Chicken strips were fresh and hot and crispy, but they really shorted the mashed potatoes on the gravy. Red beans and rice were good. I had to ask for honey for the biscuits, which is pretty normal. Good location! I’ve eaten here a few times and it’s never been bad, sometimes just busy.
