Worst experience ever. I took my Mini Skidsteer MT-50 to a repair of a leak. They charged me over $2,500 for it. When I used a couple of times, in less than a week, the machine continues leaking. Don’t go here if you actually want to get a rental. Went in person in October for a rental, talked with Lou filled out new customer form and was told I’d hear back in a week or two when loader was available. Don’t go here if you actually want to get a rental. Went in person in October for a rental, talked with Lou filled out new customer form and was told I’d hear back in a week or two when loader was available. A month passed never heard back yard plans put on hold due to the frost and freeze. Fast forward to mid March (19th) called again trying to rent same machine, my customer form had “gone missing” . Emailed new form again tried to set up a date and put down money to get the rental, again was told I’d be called and loader would be available first couple days of April. Never heard back, called again April 6th in the morning, was told Lou was outside helping a rental customer and left name and number again expecting a cal back, still no call back a day later. Moving on to a different rental company my yard plans are now behind schedule
