If you like to be sworn at and harassed this is the place to use. By far the worst customer interactions I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t spend a penny here if it was the last pool place and it was the only way my pool could run. They are incredibly disrespectful and rude. They curse at customers and insult them. Also keep track of all your transaction, requests for work done and what you pay for because they try and steal your money and your equipment.

Everyone told us that all pool companies are the same… bad. They have so much demand and the competition isn’t extreme so they are all the same just pick one based on price. Well that advice was not only bad but it was wrong. We interviewed five pool companies before we decided on swim king. Even at the proposal stage, you could tell they were different. The team was thoughtful and patient as we designed our first pool and helped us make sure it was perfect. It’s a family run business and that shines in everything they do. When it came to installation, they were clean and incredibly efficient. Last year we had terrible weather for construction and they worked in some pretty unfavorable conditions. They treated our property and landscaping with care and respect, left everything tidy every day- anyone who has seen a pool construction was impressed and commented on this! While our pool was delayed, they were generous with their time and resources to get us up and running before the season ended. We’ve now reopened our pool for the first time and have again experienced their excellence. They’ve been so helpful and patient as we learn about our pool and we couldn’t ask for a more supportive and kind team to maintain our pool. Thank you Dennis, Greg, Chris, and the entire team!!!

I’ve worked with Swimking for 3 years now. Service has definitely fallen off. Although very knowledgeable of their products customer service has taken a turn for the worse. This season was remarkably busy and challenging with supply chain issues but we’re proud of our dedicated employees who did not miss 1 day of work during a global pandemic to get everyone opened and closed. Filter acid wash and cell cleaning is a service not everyone opts in to, and if it was not on our technicians work order they were correct in not taking it back to the store. I feel your frustrations are stemmed from the purchase of your bbq grill that you assembled incorrectly when the lights did not work. Your wife had called my cell phone (which I answered after hours) demanding a new grill, when in the end you were embarrassed to find out you never plugged in the lights. You are correct though, we are very knowledgeable of our product and we were happy to walk you through the light error as well as many, many questions over the years even after we gave you 2 In home lessons on your equipment. Not once did we not answer your calls, and go out of our way to help you. Again, this season was the most challenging season we have had across our Industry nation wide, and we still managed to open and close near a thousand pools, build over 40 inground pools, and supply our customers with sanitizing chemicals to keep their families safe. For these times this was a remarkable accomplishment, and again we are proud of all of our dedicated employees whom had to deal with many impatient and impractical customers. Hope you and your family remain well, and have a Happy and Healthy Holiday Season!

I’ve worked with Swimking for 3 years now. Service has definitely fallen off. Although very knowledgeable of their products customer service has taken a turn for the worse. This year I called to schedule a Pool opening and couldn’t get anyone to return phone calls which I ended up doing myself with the help of YouTube. Now for the pool closing I was told mid October and nobody showed up until early November. Had I not called several times to get an update might’ve waited longer. After paying the full amount for winter pool closing I now come to find out the salt cell and water filter wasn’t removed because “I don’t ask for it”. Being they closed my pool in 2019 and all of that was included in the price I don’t think I should ask for it nor was it offered to me. I paid nearly $500 for a pool closing and now I’m being told I should remove the salt cell and filter for winter myself. I find that very unprofessional, at the very least offer it and let the customer decide. Again I’ve had my pool closed twice, once with them and once with a local pool store and not once did I have to specify what needs to be done. You’re the Pool professionals you should ensure it’s closed properly and offer the correct service. No responsibility was taken from the store when I called to find out why, nothing offered to correct the issue they blamed me for their mistake. Very disappointed.

Questions & Answers

do you sell solar covers that can be used as a cover to close the pool and the end of the season

I inquired about this last summer. The answer at that time was no. They didn't even have solar covers to heat the pool.
