First, trying to call this office is ridiculous. I called 5 times trying to set an appointment. Each time being put on hold for 30 plus minutes then hung up on the first 4 times. I finally got though and set my first appointment. I received a call from their office on the morning of my appointment that the Dr would not be in the office so I must reschedule. I rescheduled my appointment a month out. I never received a confirmation call for my appointment so I again called the office to confirm. After another set of hold times and hang ups, they told me they had no appointment for me. Both days I took time off work. Very unprofessional. I will definitely be looking for another Dr.

Hope you speak Spanish. This office will only provide services to Spanish speakers. Nothing against Spanish but when you need medical assistance and someone refuse’s to help you just because you don’t speak a language……not customer friendly.
