I walk in to get my son some glasses no one spoke and there was five people working. Two people was helping other people but the other ones wasn't helping anyone. Then we stood waiting 10 mins by the glasses and one of the workers was at the desk right by us and still didn't ask if we needed help. So I told my son we will go some where else.

Two months waiting for my glasses and when they arrived they arrived with a bad measure, they corrected me for two more months waiting for the new ones and when they arrived they did it wrong again. Disastrous this place I do not recommend it

I’ve had a positive experience at every visit. Both the receptionist and optometrist have been very professional and courteous. Have helped me 100% with all my emergencies, questions or concerns. Sure there’s a long wait time but isn’t there everywhere?
