Good day I was just a shopping at rainbow store in San Bernardino I just wanted to tell you what wonderful service I received from the cashier named Susie she has a great customI servicelike to mention there was a lady in here with like five grandchildren and the staff was excellent to these kids the kids were crying kind of running around but nobody was rude to them this lady has a nerve to call corporate and complain saying it was a kid unfriendly that is wrong thank you Susie Veronica and also the assistant I'm sorry I forgot your name thank you so much I will be back have a great day

Went to the counter to make a return and while it was in the process The cashier takes a phone call and walks away Leaving me standing there. Another cashier Clocks in and proceeds to take the person that was in line behind me. Her excuse was she was talking to her district manager, shouldn't customer service be a priority?
