I love Wilton Hardware. Someone always asks me if I need help within minutes of walking in and they have good advice and suggestions and experience. It's like having a store full of dads! I can get almost everything I need without having to wander around a big box store for an hour or spend extra time and gas driving to Norwalk.

Without fail, every time I walk into this store I am greeted by some of the rudest employees I have ever experienced in a store. So unhelpful and cold, and truly have no interest in assisting customer. The location is incredible but I would rather driver 20 minutes to Lowe’s and get actually assistance.

Helpful but they frequently don't have what I am looking for and have to go to another nearby hardware store where they carry it. They are like the 7-11 of hardware stores, good for a quick in and out of commonly looked for items but sometimes not even that.
