Unfortunately our experience at the Temecula optical location was very poor. Mindy was too busy setting up her daughters house for solar with the Sunrun sales associate to assist the customers waiting (on the clock). While waiting we read the sign incorrectly and waited by her cash wrap rather than taking a number (our bad), but instead of letting us know, she continued to chat and set up solar for her daughter rather than kindly mentioning to us we needed to take a number. There were at least 12 customers waiting. I understand waiting, but maybe she should be assisting customers rather than purchasing solar on the clock. I work with the public everyday. I know how exhausting and difficult it can be, but that’s not an excuse to neglect your duties. If you can’t do the bare minimum, then that’s not the job for you.

Excellent value at a 5th of the cost. Top notch lenses. Fair selection of contemporary frames. Hard to find designer quality but can be found in more affluent neighborhood branches.

Worst experience ever... Truly mind blown hour and a half past appt time. If you cant keep appt times dont make them. Ridiculously slow
