Good RV Park. One of the better in north San Diego county. Pretty nice pool with hot tub and laundry facilities.

This place is a rip-off. Yeah it's san diego County but 1000 a month to park something you own is stupid. Utilities are separate as well. I do underground utilities for a living and the sub structure here is way out of date. The water lines have low pressure, constant power failures and backed up sewers. They keep raising the rent and no real upgrades. Not to mention the homless and junkies that show nightly. Word of warning don't come here.
Yes they do, i actually loved here for ten years, through middle School and high school. Oddly enough it's considered Escondido and in the Fallbrook high school district. Lol
Are there age restrictions? We're in a 97, but it's very clean.

Can you rent by the month? How much? I'm on a fixed income and cannot go higher than 30-40% of my income. Would i be able to afford it? Thank you for addressong my issue. Are there any campgrounds that have monthly rents? Under $300-400? Please help
