While the reviews from some customers are positive, take a look at the reviews from their employees. Not very positive in the slightest. It seems to be the biggest pitfall with this company is the management and based on my recent experience going through the application process, I would concur these individuals are accurate. Initially I was contacted by what I presume to be the store manager, though he didn't make that clear when he called. I was contacted at 12pm on my Birthday while driving to a tee time to celebrate that was planned for weeks. I advised my schedule did not allow for a same day interview, so we scheduled it for a couple days later, which the manager seemed annoyed by. 🤔 Red flag when management doesn't respect your birthday or important events in your life. We aren't drones and we certainly don't owe you anything, I can tell you don't like confident people around, they must intimidate the friends of management. Im not sure what parameters they use to determine their new team members, but I can tell you what it isn't. It isn't customer service excellence or experience. It isn't performance in previous positions, and it isn't knowledge of position or relative skill level. The employee reviews suggest favoritism and hiring based on personal relationships (managers hire their friends) and this is probably accurate. After a nearly hour long initial interview, they invite you to a ZOOM interview with what they call their District Manager, but who can really be sure. They schedule the interview about a week out, you get a calendar request to confirm the interview. 1.5 Hours before the interview I receive an automatically generated impersonal unprofessional and undetailed email from Workday on behalf of Extra Space Cowboys saying that they have decided to discontinue their search for someone to fill the position. Mind you this email didn't say, your interview was cancelled, the email didn't say there would be any follow up not did it include any way to contact the company for further explanation. This email is sent from an address that cannot receive responses. So the company shuts the door in your face and then hides from the conversation. A real District Manager would have the decency to call their recruit and explain the situation. To add to the humor, the manager Jojo emailed me initial confirmation from his personal email address. I reached out to him directly to clarify the meaning of the vague impersonal and unacceptable automatically generated email and he didn't even have the decency to respond. No return email no follow up phone call. Manager Joe, District Manager Tammika, and Extra Space is untrustworthy and unprofessional. Rent when there are promotions, otherwise avoid. In some instances of negative reviews, a member of management would follow up to rectify the issue. I will not entertain such a response. You can avoid negative write ups by being honest and professional in the first place. Don't contact me from this point on. You give respect to get respect. Good luck.

Probably the best and easiest storage service I've used. The facility is clean and secure, the staff is extremely helpful, and everything I've stored at this location is in the same condition I left it in months later. The prices are fair, and I'm honestly impressed. I'd recommend this location to anyone.
