Worst place to be at specially the manager who was racist and made us wait 2 hours and we never got a lane. Really made us feel horrible when he asked us to stop asking or he would call security and take our whole group out of the place just because we were Hispanic.

I went and left my name and number so they can text me when a lane is open 2 hrs pass when they said only 1hr, I went back and told them what's the wait guy at the desk said wait 5mins they cleaning the lane I get a text soon, 10mins pass at the same time about 25 people pass through to get their lanes, I ask again same guy say oh the people on the lane paid to play longer, it be maybe 45mins lol. But if they extended their play why not give me one of the lanes that the 25 people got while I waited the 5mins. Do yourself a favor people play in a real bowling alley there one in white plains. Awesome place. Don't fall the fancy lights and name.

Yesterday Was definitely a day to remember for the ages. We hosted a 25 person party for a birthday and it was sure the best experience anyone could ever asked for. The food was great and obviously the bowling was really really fun. Our dedicated staff member Ethan was probably the best staff member anyone could ever have, its a rare site to see an energetic and enthusiastic staff member like him. When we got an order messed up for the pizza because some of our party members couldn’t eat pork (They should mention the chicken is wrapped in bacon in the Name of the item) He reimbursed us with some complimentary cheese pizzas! In addition when more people came in he gave us a free lane! I’ve never ever seen a staff member more caring then Ethan. The place was clean and offered a-lot although the little arcade was out of service at the time. I would not only recommend the place to people but I would definitely recommend people host there party here as-well as it is definitely 100% worth every single penny. Next time i come in i should bring a shirt saying “ I Heart Ethan”
