Terrible service!! After 10 years of membership I decided to cancel my membership. My car got stuck in the middle of the carwash,was damaged you will think manager would do something. She was worst then the employee who cussed and blame me for their broken carwash. Very disappointed do not recommend using the services on 13th and Maize in Wichita ks.

I really don't like how the employees stand at the kiosk and press everything for you. They get right in front of you and put their faces right next to you as well. I don't like people that close to me. I am thinking of switching car washes. Personal space please.

Zips was good at one time. Their equipment is rundown and poorly maintained. Most time only 1 out of 2 gate actually work. Equipment in the actual car wash is hit and miss whether it works. They take weeks to get everything thing to work. Definitely would not recommend Zips in Wichita kansas!!!

Loved that one price includes wash and vacuum. They also have window cleaner and towels for drying. There were a couple vacuums that needed repair. It was a nice day with a line of cars but went through at a pretty good pace.
