I had been going to Monro for a year and have spent $1000's of dollars in repairs on the 3 vehicles that my family has. I finally decided to go somewhere else. My son's 08' had power steering problems, they said it needed a rack and pump. I paid for those to be installed. I had to keep bringing it back because we kept having to add fluid. They couldn't find a leak. After about four months they replaced their pump under warranty. Problem continued, so just before the year mark from the original repair. They agreed to change pump and rack as warranty. I agreed to the warranty work. However, I said replace all power steering hoses and I will pay for that. It turns out there were two hoses leaking the whole time. Two weeks ago, they would not pass my husband's 2007 Silverado for inspection. Said the power steering rack is leaking fluid. We've never added fluid and never had issues with the power steering in the truck. They quoted $1900. The truck is rusty we only plan on keeping it for another six months. Took the truck somewhere else, passed inspection with no issues... just last week my 13 Caravan started overheating. They put a new thermostat in in about six months ago. After one of the mechanics insisted if was fixed when he played with the wires on the electric fan and sent me on my way. I knew it wasn't because my temp gauge never rides at 3/4's. He insisted it was and said he didn't need to keep the car. I made it to the KFC driveway next door before the temp gauge was almost up to the red. I turned right back around and parked it and handed them the keys. They had it for five days waiting for another thermostat. They changed in as a warranty item. I picked it up aand the first time I drove it more than time miles it was overheating. I took it to the place that I took Jim's truck. They had it for a couple of days and determined that the main top radiator hose has a large pin hole that would spray constantly one the engine heated up.I can't help but wonder did Monru have the hood up while the engine was hot, how did they miss this. Auto specialist repair the hose a week ago and I have had no problems since. I can't imagine what kind of repair shop can't repair a simple radiator hose... They pushed unnecessary repairs, couldn't figure out simply problems, and apparently many of their new parts had to be replaced. Done will never go back there again!!!!!

I guess that you better google for their phone number. Then call them. Don't ask the public for this answer. They might have shops mixed up & prices too
