I've had multiple issues with the providers at this location. Been turned away twice for silly reasons. My recent experience the provider was horrible. She had the worst attitude with me. She rolled her eyes and laughed under her breath because she didn't agree with how/what I treated myself at home. Denied me to been seen because of it. She hates her job 🤷♀️

Tried to get a physical for my son to start school. Natalie asked if I had his shot records. I said if I need them they are at home or can I find them on my phone? She did not answer that question, she immediately got an attitude and told me they are too busy to wait for me to find them on my phone. She again told me if I do not have his records I basically have to leave and re-schedule. She then got her boss to come in and tell me the exact same thing. Natalie was very rude! This CVS pharmacy and minute clinic have horrible customer service!

I had to get a complete physical to continue my education program. I did not know where to go for the physical since I currently do not have a PCP. I tried a couple of places, but most were scheduling out until December and I have to have mine completed by May. Luckily, I made an appointment on their website after reading that they can complete physicals on site and the appointments were made available to schedule for next day. I arrived at the site 15 minutes early and was seen almost immediately. I read on the screen after signing that that the wait time for walk-ins were long, but I’m sure it depends on the day and situation so it’s never that crazy of a wait. The nurse on site was AMAZING. She was relatable and very nice and made the appointment go by in no time. I had to have a titer completed before my physical could be completed and everything was laid out for me to complete to ensure that I had everything I needed before leaving the site. Dr. Pattaniyil is patience, understanding and down to earth. Overall, I would use their services again!

I have attended the clinic for myself and my two little girls . They have been great. I think i have been here more than their primary they see once a year. it's convenient and affordable. Highly recommended. So glad CVS has this service available. Thank you Minute Clinic for all your gelp.

My husband wears hearing aides. He was told to get his ears flushed for wax buildup. He has medicare and federal blue cross blue Schield.
Yes they do and it's 34 for the test and like 39 for the reading in two days
Ive been going there and yes they do have the flu vaccine and accept health partners.
Minute clinic is inside CVS .. the one on harbison ave.. they take with insurance so I'm sure they take yours. Don't know if the test for STDs.. all I know is physicals.. and that cvs is 24 hrs supposedly.. don't know how long the clinic is open.. but if I had to guess .. I'll say 5 or 6pm..

When I needed bloodwork they gave me an order to go to labcorp. However, if you go early enough you can get your order and go to the one right down the street and get it all done same day. Thats what i did because it was for a job and i needed it quickly.
You can call the cvs # and it will give you options for the clinic. Call the # and explain to the person who answers and they will have the dr call you
You go online to CVS minute clinic and pick which one you want but that's only for the most present appointments. You can't sign up for a different day. Or you can just walk in during hours and sign in on the spot.
