Unfortunately will never be returning to this location, front desk was kind.. and so was dental assistant but i personally didn’t have a great experience with Dr.Esfandiari.. I came here because of the few good reviews he has. I felt like he has lost passion for his job. I’ve gone to Vista Real Dental in Oxnard my whole life and they are amazing, their cleanings are great.. Dr.Esfandiari did my cleaning in like 5 min, I’ve never had a cleaning that fast… and my mouth was in extreme pain I could not even talk to tell him to stop. I was in shock.. I left and my mouth kept bleeding and constantly had to spit it out. It’s been 8 hours since my appt and my mouth is still super sore and in so much pain.. I also have a headache from the pain.. That has never happened to me. I was in a rush and didn’t have time to explain how horrible my experience was but definitely won’t go back.. I wish them the best but if you read this far, please stay away from this location, seems like they do not care for their customers. Now i know why people are so afraid of the dentist and it’s because of experiences like this… God bless

I used to work in the Dental field so I know exactly how Dental offices operate as well as providers and Dr.Frank’s office is different. It feels different as soon as you walk in. What makes it stand out is the personal attention you receive and how comfortable they make you feel by just being themselves. It’s honestly like getting your dental work done at home. I’ve been seeing him for a couple years now & I absolutely appreciate him & his staff very much.
