Accountability is not their strongest asset. They don’t care if you’ve been given wrong information and saw the WRONG specialist. They also don’t care if the dentist walks out on you and waste precious work days. This place is being reported to the dental board for gross incompetence.

To the owner that replied. That would be great I'm still waiting on a call back from the office manager, so I won't Hold my breath. Very Poor & inconsiderate service. I CAN NOT EVEN GIVE 1 star, but they deserve about -4 stars for the way they have treated me. 4 or 5 years ago I went here and it was GREAT service. Now in 2022 it's the worst service possible. I would tell everyone who is considering going here, DO NOT GO HERE, they will up sell you and exploit you for your insurance. Bill you and then refuse to see you without a negative covid test. They don't explain anything, and then they'll rip you off. They UP SOLD me on work, didn't explain any of it, and then REFUSED to see me without a Negative Covid test with a days notice. When I called them back to cancel/reschedule, the girl at the desk told me that I would be refunded for the work they billed me for but that I did not receive within 30 days. 30 days past and nothing, I kept waiting for the refund to show on my credit card and nothing. I call the office to follow up and they tell me that the office manager will call me back next week and guess what, NO CALL BACK. I don't know what else to do at this point except consider the $2,000 I paid them as STOLEN a maybe report them. I don't even know who you report this kind of thing to. I contact the corporate office and they don't return calls or reply to emails either. If they cared or considered me a customer at all, they'd have reached out to me by now, they must be tired of exploiting me for my insurance. Maybe I can follow up with my insurance, since they no doubt have billed them as well for work which I DID NOT RECEIVE. WESTERN DENTAL you deserve the lowest rating possible. YOU COULDN'T PAY ME TO COME BACK NOW. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this.

I don't know about dentures but I know to get a root canal covered by insurance and two crowns for my back teeth costing me $1700 I don't have.
