This company is an absolute joke. Picked items up on Saturday morning at 11 am and drop off late night at 10 pm as our travel time from Hamilton to Chatham ON is only 2hr to 3 hr max. thay told us truck broke down and took lot of the place with our belongings. APOLLO's crew packed and miss place my most of items I didn't receive it at my home. I believe these people Steele their customers items and sell on Kijiji. I request many people don't book Apollo movers. 1st they book us with estimate Price and once we agree they making issue with that now they need more money as we booked them in 1300 and once they arrive late they were asking more money and telling this is how the business run. This company doesn't care that they are screwing people out of hundreds if not thousands of dollars for their incompetency and unwillingness to make any kind of relevant solution available.

This company is an absolute joke. Picked items up on Saturday and then Sunday the truck broke down in the parking lot of the place. They refused to move the items to a different truck because it would risk breakage with another handling, …We are very sorry that there were miss understandings with your shipment. Your paperwork that you signed was dated with a delivery spread of 3/20/21-3/31/21. Also you received both the "Ready to Move" and "Your Rights and Responsibilities" which both go over that you cannot pack any perishable goods. Again you initialed your paperwork acknowledging receipt of the two forms. Therefore the driver was under the assumption that the shipment would be fully prepared to move, this includes the freezer being empty. The truck breaking down did not affect your delivery spread, and you were delivered on day 9 of your 11 day spread. As far as the policy for circumstances involving handicapped or disabled client; we are sorry that you did not understand the paperwork you signed. This is the same paperwork we send out to every client and we cannot make special exceptions, this is the policy across Allied internationally. As far as "screwing you out of hundreds if not thousands of dollars" we are not sure what you are talking about as you paid within the 10% over estimate that you signed for. To be specific 7$ over your estimate. We hope you hope you are settling into your home well.
