I’ve been here for 10+ years, but they recently got this incompetent new hair stylist. She straight up butchered my side bangs as seen in the pictures. I wanted something VERY simple like a side bang trim, yet she can’t even do this at all. …We appreciate you taking the time to review us, despite the fact that we weren’t able to provide the best experience. Left with my hair butchered after showing a picture to the stylist 3 times. Never until yesterday had I cried over a haircut.
