PSA I have never been treated with such disrespect! Please remember while reading this that it’s not about the money. It’s about being honest! 1 month ago I brought one of our vehicles to Preston’s to have it diagnosed (since it was under warranty and had to go to a Ram dealership).We had a ticking noise coming from an engine that was under warranty. I also had a grinding noise in my front right tire. After paying Preston‘s $150 to diagnose my vehicle they told me that I had two cracked exhaust manifolds and a bad wheel bearing. My local garage found that very hard to believe so I brought it back to them to check it out. They inspected the manifolds and found that neither manifold was cracked or leaking. I then made an appointment at the Diehl Ram dealership in Grove city to take a second look at it. They told me that it was actually the lifter in the engine and was 100% covered by my warranty. They fixed the engine free of charge and the ticking noise is gone. About three weeks ago I approached Preston about them being wrong about the diagnosis. And it took them a month to get back to me and to tell me that they will not be refunding my money because they trust their technicians. Two very well respected garages said that there was nothing wrong with my exhaust manifolds and that the problem was indeed The Lifter and was 100% covered. Preston got this 100% wrong and I cannot believe that they are willing to lose a customer for life over $150. I will never “Mark my words” step foot in one of their businesses again! In my opinion they should be very ashamed of themselves!

I had an amazing experience with Preston CDJR. I found my Jeep online and was contacted within 30 minutes of my inquiry into its availability. Mr. Anthony Curry helped me through the entire process and explained everything as we went. I purchased this vehicle from out of state so I had expected there to be some kind of delay, however, this was not the case. Their finance team overnighted all the paperwork for me to sign and provided the return postage for overnight shipment. Any concerns I had were addressed, including how to send my down payment safely. Since this was an out of state purchase (PA to AZ), Mr. Curry also expertly handled the transfer of my vehicle to a third party shipping company, making contact with the company, as well as, providing me a video of the vehicle before it’s transfer as well as photos after the vehicle was loaded. From start to finish this purchase took 3 days compared to a week or two that I had originally expected, due to the distance and any paperwork delays that may have happened due to the time difference. I could not have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Mr. Curry and Preston CDJR!

Service department has horrible communication. The woman was the only one willing to help us. We were from out of town and our truck broke down. Figured they’d be the best place to fix it since it was a ram dealership. That assumption was wrong. I understand that places are very busy right now, but You’d think they would be able to help us out a little bit more considering we were stranded in town with no way to get home.
