Every time I take one of my pets to this office, I am very happy with the care they receive. The doctors are thorough in their care and explanations. They take their time, and I can tell they really care about my pets. They also fit me into the schedule if one of my pets has a serious problem. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the office is clean, spacious, and updated. The staff also does a great job of communicating with me and following up to see how my pets are feeling. Also, when I feel stress or sadness, the doctors and staff are so compassionate, which means a lot to me.

My original veterinarian clinic has no veterinarian at this time and my dog Misty needed to be seen. So we were looking for a new one. They are taking knew patients but booked up but were able to get her in today. I'm so appreciative! Our Misty means so much to us. Definitely found a new veterinarian. The staff and Dr. Yurkon were all so kind and nice to me, my son and Misty while we were there. We thank you! Misty is home and happily sleeping on her bed.😊

We had our first visit today with Dr. Casey Pawl. She was very thorough and also patient with my excited 5 month old labrador pup. She sat on the floor with her and examined her and I mean actually examined her. The vet we went to prior to this could barely be bothered to look in her ears let alone do all that Happy Tales did while we were there today. I definitely feel like we made the right choice in switching to Happy Tales and would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking vet services!

I would like to thank Dr. Yurkon and staff. We came in as an emergency and Delaney and Jenna met us at our car to assist immediately upon our arrival. They handled one of the hardest situations that I’ve been faced with showing amazing compassion and professionalism this past Friday evening regarding our beloved Lillie! They truly went above and beyond in my opinion and I thank them! From this point on, they will be the only place I come to for the care of our pets! 3:32 PM
