Friendly service and the shop never seems to be busy. My only complaint is that stock is really poor here. I would say they are out of stock of my desired paint base at least 50% of the time (out of >10 visits) and I get sent to Poway or Miramar, which are more out of the way for me. By comparison, Poway and Berkeley locations had my paint in stock 100% of the time. If the paint I needed were in stock at least 80% of the time, this shop would get 5 stars.

Technically no..but if it's only 1or2 gallons and the mngr Eric and Craig know who you are or you spend $100k to $1.3 million at the Carmel mountain location like HALLMARK PAINTING..DOES AT ANY GIVIN TIME THEY WILL TAKE IT OFF YOUR HANDS AND TAKE IT TO POWAY THEMSELVES...OR U CAM JUST D4OP IT OFF AT THERE BACK DOOR AND THEY HAVE 2 TAKE IT..JEFF VIA HALLMARKPRO
