they have a variety of different machines plus free weights. their hydro massage thing is magical. the only thing I wish they had is a full locker room with showers,(they only have one shower) but overall it's a great place.

They have a diverse selection of machines that you can use. Can get the workout that you want. Has a boxing room now and has had hydromassage beds and sona. Great place cheap membership to get the pump ypu want.
