Yes its safe. Better in the morning or evenings tho during summer. Perfect all day in the winter.

I don't think u can fish at Bucklin Park. It's like for the ducks, little water animals, like turtles ect, and the other little ones that can't be cared for any longer, so their taken to the city to keep them as safe as they can.
