Horrible service and unhelpful at ALL times, these women who are put on customer service calls are always rude, unethical and can’t ever provide you with basic answers regarding your case. They seem more lost then you are and most of them can’t even provide you with your assigned case worker. Don’t understand how these women are qualified to work in a highly demanded government position.

You do not have to pay more. The DCSS needs to see your alimony order and even if she asks for more in California, the order is already made in Mexico and they will not charge you more.

Ask for a food support application in Mexico and then contact DCSS and they will give you the money that the order says
