PetSmart HOTEL - DO NOT RECOMMEND I strongly advise against boarding here. My dog went in perfectly fine but she came out with a 1 chipped tooth and one cracked tooth. I understand things can happen but the conversations i had with people seemed very dismissive. One person pretended to care. They said they would review the footage and ask around about it. That was on 8/24. He said he'd get back to me on 8/28. On 9/6 I filed a complaint with corporate. They stated they would reach out to the store and I was supposed to be contacted within 2 days. Today is 9/9 at 8pm, still not a word from them. They either don't care or have something to hide

These tags are the best. They are deeply engraved ensuring that the information is not lost over time. With other tags the engraving was so shallow that within the weeks the info had been worn off.

This is kind of a creepy store which I hate to say many PetSmarts are, but it's an uncomfortable store on occasion and be careful in the parking lot. Be aware of anybody asking you questions they just shouldn't be and eyeing your pets. Had an odd experience with a larger blond woman asking me questions about Banfield and blowing my service dogs kisses, staring at them. Find it preferable to come here only during daylight hours and not be predictable when using the store for any services. This rating isn't necessarily for the employees but bad experiences with shoppers. I don't know how many pet owners like others flattering their animals and trying to approach them. The store has good clearance items and is less crowded weekdays. Its a larger store and for safety reasons it may be best to stay less remote even though there are cameras. Its great drop offs are accepted before official opening. But always be baware of your surroundings. Don't know how management responds to reporting suspicious stuff, I don't think they care much about rudeness or difficulties in communication with employees.

No I do not have a female guinea pig. Does she have medical issues? If so medical help is a must. They can have get problems that require medical knowledge from a vet that require specific actions and medications.
Best to call them directly as they are not on this forum. Good luck!
I don't know. My roommate works there and I've never heard her mention anything.
I have never seen them selling bunnies. They sometimes have kittens.
I saw bunnies there
I don't know if they sell Syrian hamsters but they do sell hamsters and lots of cool small rodent supplies.
Yes they groom here
Yes, call them as they may have shot clinics
No Petsmart nor does any reputable pet store in America sell these animals. They are an exotic marsupial not suitable for keeping as a pet.
Most petsmarts have a Banfield vet inside that is an independent from petsnart, and offer a variety of services.
Absolutely plus you can usually get free shipping and a discount
