Called to get information and because my child is already trained in another form of martial arts, this place refused to even accept my son. Citing a “conflict of interest” -whatever that even means. They advised other places more than likely would be the same way also. FALSE! I went to places that were happy my son already had prior knowledge. Next time it might be a good idea to speak for yourself only and it would never hurt to learn how to cater to kids from all kinds of experience levels. Kids take multiple sports all the time and it’s never an issue until you try here. Oh well.. Their loss! Not a place to go if your child has higher knowledge then what they allow. 👎🏽

My son started last year a little after turning 4 years old. We started him off with the introductory promotion and a year later he continues to grow and move up the ranks. Sensei William and Sensei Jay are awesome and really take their time to make sure each student learns the techniques and forms properly so that nobody is left behind. Just to show how much we love RDK Chino Hills, we take my son 3-4 times a week coming from Monrovia!! Rush hour traffic and all! Thanks RDK Chino Hills for all that you do and for helping my son develop his karate skills and shaping him to become a well rounded individual.

My son has been going here for 4 years and Sensei William has been great at teaching him self defense as well as forms and weapons. Having to learn these things helps his attention, focus and discipline. He has a good time doing it as well.

Hi there! We're currently running in-person and Zoom classes for kids 5 and up. Based on the current trends and the potential for relaxation of COVID-19 restrictions, we should be able to expand our classes and age groups by the end of the year.

Hello Chino- the mini-tournament will be at the dojo starting at 12 pm. There is regular class for you at 1030 am also.
We offer a free week for new students to try out, and have plenty of special seasonal offers to get started. We have a lot of options for method and frequency of tuition payments. We also have family friendly rates so all the kids, mom, and dad can all train together! All of our group programs include a free uniform, t-shirt, belt, and student manual, and new students can join our group programs at any time. It's never been easier to experience the benefits of the martial arts for the whole family!
