I don't eat there because it's so expensive and they add the meat through a slice in the side of the bread so I make my own

Staff was very busy with lunch crowd through drive thru. Went in for takeout and both drive thru and inside were quick, efficient and polite. Great food and service.

Won't go again. At least not the restaurant of my last visit. The burger was COLD. The cheese was cold, not melted. The bun was dry. Fries were warm but over done. Like they were refried to warm up. Never a huge fan of Runza. Will take me a long time to go back.

Great service!!! The staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh! For being such a busy store, all the time, the speed at which my food is received is impressive! My family and I LOVE Runza 💚 we are always 100% satisfied! (My only complaint is that sometimes I crave your chili during the summer!)

Questions & Answers

Can you tell me me what kind of seasonings would be on a grilled chicken sandwich? I cannot eat garlic or onion because of fruitose. I always order it plain no sauce but still have problems.
