Crete and Wahoo teams have went above and beyond answering my questions when I need them ..I know at the end of the day it's all padding the Dillons family pocket but I hope it's also helping out the employee that cares

My truck broke down while pulling our trailer. We were 1200 miles from home. I called around and Sid Dillon Ford was the only dealership that could get me in for repairs in a reasonable amount of time. They said they would make time to help out a stranded traveler. They did a great job getting me back on the road. I would like to thank Brian Patrick and Andrew you guys are outstanding.

Service itself was fine. After doing the work on the car and washing it, one of the service guys left the passenger window open. It happened to rain, pour actually, before we were able to pick up my car. Everything on the passenger side was soaked with standing water. We had to leave it there for them to vacuum and dry out for another hour. Although they did dry it out, my car still smells musty and damp a week later.
