Ok so I travel often. All over the east coast and as far west as Memphis Tennessee. Now with that being said, when it comes to the food in Pennsylvania it is usually the same story. Same story as in ordering food with high hopes it being delicious and rather excited to try it, then after tasting the food being very disappointed. ESPECIALLY the coal regions. However rare gems are found sometimes. The Dining Room at Sweet Tooth Cafe seems to be one of the diamonds in the coal! I ordered Flame Grilled Chicken & Ribs Dinner for $17.90. It comes with 1/2 rack of bbq grilled ribs, grilled chicken breast, and 2 sides (I chose Mac and cheese for side 1 and mashed potatoes for side 2.) when the food arrived I couldn’t help but get excited from the alluring aroma of REAL BBQ! Each bite gets better and better!! One of the absolute best bbq meals I’ve had. As for any of the other items on the huge menu I can’t say but I definitely look forward to being able to try something different next time around.

Mike was our friendly and attentive waiter. He helped us decide as it was our first time there. He recommended the cheesesteak and chicken and waffles. They were both to die for. So filling, so flavorful and most importantly, so comforting. We saved room for dessert and had the Elvis waffle that comes loaded with peanut butter, bananas, chocolate syrup and candied peanuts on top. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and Mike made sure we were well taken care of. We look forward to eating there again!!

My family & I (2 adults & 2 children) were looking for someplace new to try out around this area. After searching Google for restaurants to eat at, we kept coming back to "The Sweet Tooth Cafe." Please don't get discouraged w/the lack of menu postings, the name of the place or photos in general. This spot is a great hiding spot! We went on a Sunday, so the menu was limited...kind of! (One cook on hand) but did man did they deliver! The wait staff was Soo nice and accommodating! (I drink a lot of water and the glasses were small, so they brought a carafe!) The coffee!!! I never drink it black but it was Soo delish black!!! I had a breakfast bread bowl, they were out of the bread bowl, so they"specialized" my meal and discounted my meal! My husband had the honey dipped chicken and waffles! (Holy moly was that chicken great! (Even my girls loved the chicken! (So, much they wouldn't stop asking for more chicken!!!) My girls ordered the chocolate chip pancakes! We ordered the soup to go and the veggie side to go bc we wanted so badly to try them, we just didn't think we could eat them w/breakfast! The soup was home made potato bacon! I couldn't finish my breakfast so I took it to go, my husband couldn't finish the chicken, took that to go! My youngest couldn't finish her pancakes, took them to go! For supper tonight, they are now eating my soup and sharing the chicken. Mommy & day are now trying to find what to eat! The soup is thee best Potato soup, I have been had! The atmosphere is nice, I love the 50s era, music matches. Don't get the concept w/the food but I'm ok w/it. We will be back! I wish I had taken photos! I will next time!! Please, try this place, you won't be disappointed! Btw-Sunday menu is different from weekday menu but still delicious!!!

I took my niece and nephew for 14th birthday. We were sitting 13 minutes before anyone greeted us. We finally put our food and drink order in but then we waited 52 minutes for pancakes. The food was very good but then we waited another 16 …

Tables 6ft apart and all employees are wearing masks the whole time very important to us very safe place to dine
Breakfast price is ok. But specials in the evening are more reasonable. Wednesday night they have all you can eat chicken and waffles that is out of this world for $6.
I would suggest watching their Facebook page. They update it regularly with events, etc. Or you could call the restaurant?!
Good question?
