I purchased shoes online and returned them in the store over a month ago, I haven't got my money back. I have the returned receipt and I already contacted my bank, they don't have anything. I went to Nordstrom store 2 weeks ago and they say it happens all the time that I should wait

They do hv a repair and cleaning service that u send ur shoes and handbags. U hv 2 go 2 a store and get the box 2 send out 4 service.
