Amazing service! Had a fridge with an issue. They came out the same day within a 1/2hr. Told us what to do before they could come back out and fix the issue. 2 days later they came back out. Madonna fixed the issue within minutes and got our fridge back up and running. She was very personable and a joy to talk to. Gave us some education and really explained the issue we were having. Shared some personal pictures and stories after the job was done. She fell in love with our goldendoodle Ivy! I would highly recommend Maywood Appliance and service technician Madonna!

Ask for Madonna. She is the owner's daughter. She fixed our beverage drawer and this morning put our Viking freezer back into tiptop condition. Madonna is tenacious. For both these appliances she ended up calling the manufacturer technical help lines and gave them play by play on what she had discovered. Viking even made her do a FaceTime to show how she had linked to one of the circuit boards (which she had done correctly). She treats our repair jobs as if they are for her own appliances. No guess work on her part, she finds out exactly what is wrong and fixes the root cause. When she's done, the job is complete. Her repairs cost a fraction of what it would have cost to replace our unit. She's our go-to repairperson.

Very nice and personable. Spent half an hour helping me figure out how to fix the connection between our dryer and wall after buying a dryer even though we did not pay for installation or anything.
