It would be nice if they could schedule all of my family the same day (they will only do 3 at a time), since we drive for 40 minutes to be there. Otherwise, they are very friendly and helpful, and the dentist does a great job.

As private health care providers, we have the right to choose whether we are willing to participate in a particular dental insurance plan or not. Unfortunately, Apple Health Medicaid Dental Insurance for Adults Ages 21+ has such a low reimbursement rate that we cannot afford to accept that insurance.
We use two different labs to fabricate them depending on the type of dentures made. One of the labs is in the Tri-Cities and the other one is in California.
Thank you for your question! We see kids all the time. We are happy to see small children for exams, some of which are as young as 1 year-old. We want to get them off to a good start. Of course, we see teenagers and adults too. If you have specific insurance questions, our Dental Receptionists would be happy answer that for you. When Dr. Kent retired in 2017, he asked us to house his more recent patient charts at our Dental Office for safe keeping. If your last visit to Dr. Kent was less than 7 years ago, there is a chance that your records may be stored at Bagley Dental. If so, them please give our Dental Receptionists a call so that they can check into that for you.
