Really frustrated. Last year we had dental work for my SO who is on my dental insurance and his own, basically Delta Dental paid both claims (both our insurances), and I was told that our patient responsibility was only $295, but we were charged $646 out of pocket. We should have a credit of $ 351 on our account, but we hear nothing but crickets. I would like the amount credited to our account owed.
